The Path to Bold, Authentic Leadership
At 17, I dropped out of high school—not because I lacked ability, but because fear felt bigger than my ambition. For years, I believed I didn’t belong in certain rooms or roles.
But I also learned that life gives us chances to rewrite our stories.
I grew up in a blue-collar family where leadership wasn’t about titles—it was about impact. Over time, I rebuilt my confidence, returned to school, and built a career across cultures. Along the way, I discovered what resilience truly means—not just pushing through, but rising stronger.
That’s why I coach. Because leadership isn’t about being perfect—it’s about being authentic, courageous, and human. And when you lead from that place, you create real impact.
Professional Experience
For more than a decade, I’ve helped leaders and organizations navigate change, communicate with impact, and build resilience—always with empathy and authenticity at the center.
I’ve worked with global companies and executives to:
✔ Lead through transitions and cultural transformation
✔ Build inclusive, high-performing teams
✔ Communicate with clarity and confidence
Living in Europe for 15+ years has given me firsthand insight into cross-cultural leadership and the complexities of building belonging in global environments.
My coaching blends strategy with the human side of leadership—because lasting success comes not just from what you do, but from who you are.
